Funk Brewing E-Town is located downtown in the former Elizabethtown Hotel building at 28 S. Market St. Featuring 8 rotating taps and soon to be local wines and cider from the area. Owner Jon Norman (Norm) and his brother-in-law Kyle Funk are partners in the Funk Brewing Co. of Emmaus, which began brewing in 2014. Norm saw a great opportunity to expand the Funk brand to his hometown and with a locally sourced menu along with live local music, he is very excited to be part of the revitalization of downtown Elizabethtown.

Tosser - 6.1% ABV Neo-English IPA A throwback to a simpler time, beautiful balance of Simpsons English malt and floral English hops. Honeysuckle and cantaloupe on the front, sweetened corn flakes on the end. In 4 words or less: 1992 IPAs are back!
Ventoux (pronounced : VON TWO)- 6.2% ABV A northern French Bière De Garde fruity with a slight funky finish. Just like Crazy Aunt Helen’s Manhattan with two cherries. In 4 words or less: Tad Sweet. Tad delicious
Griddle 10.9% English barleywine. Over 50 gallons of Vermont maple syrup give this barleywine a huge maple nose but the heirloom English malt shines through cutting the sweetness. In 4 words or less: Boozy Pancakes

Bishop Heinrich 4.7% ABV German Pils 2018 seems to be the rise of classics, this German pils has a slightly sweet cracker start with a clean, crisp, bone dry finish.
